Flower Dome and Cloud Forest at a glance
The Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest are the two climate-controlled glasshouses of Gardens by the Bay. They stand side by side at the bay, and most visitors see them on the same day with one combined ticket. If you search for the Flower Dome in particular, you will find that the ticket is sold together with the Cloud Forest for non-residents, so plan both visits in one go.
Inside you stay cool even when it is hot outdoors, which makes the domes a good choice around midday or during an afternoon shower. They are open from 09:00 to 21:00, with last entry at 20:30 for the Flower Dome and 20:00 for the Cloud Forest. Give each dome around an hour, and more if you like to read every sign and take photos. The outdoor part of the park is described on the Gardens by the Bay page.

Check availability โFlower Dome and Cloud Forest tickets
Dome tickets, a transfer option and guided evening tours that include both glasshouses, with live prices and availability.
Flower Dome
The glasshouse with the seasonal displays.
The Flower Dome shows plants and flowers in changing seasonal displays. Visitors walk through it on indoor paths, with places along the way where people stop to take photos. Plan to go slowly, since the air-conditioned space makes it easy to stay longer than you intended.
Its last entry is 20:30, half an hour before closing. If you are coming for the Garden Rhapsody show in the evening, you can see the Flower Dome in the late afternoon and walk out to the Supertree Grove for the 19:45 show, which is described on our Supertree Grove page.
Cloud Forest
The second dome, with Jurassic World: The Experience.
The Cloud Forest is the second glasshouse. Since 29 May 2025, it has hosted Jurassic World: The Experience, which the combined ticket includes. Its last entry is earlier than at the Flower Dome, at 20:00, so do not leave it for the final half hour. Because the combined ticket is for one day, you can do the Cloud Forest first and then the Flower Dome, or the other way round.
If you travel with children, the programme gives them a clear theme to follow. Allow extra time on busy days, when the paths fill up faster.
Combined ticket price
Non-resident prices in SGD, as of October 2026.
| Ticket | Adult | Child (3 to 12) |
|---|---|---|
| Flower Dome and Cloud Forest | SGD 46 | SGD 32 |
| Bundle with Floral Fantasy and shuttle, from 8 June 2026 | SGD 58 | SGD 41 |
For non-residents the domes are sold as a combined ticket, so buy it for both. You can buy it on the website, in the app or at the counter at The Canopy. If you already hold a ticket, you do not need a time slot, and you show the original ticket at the entrance. The Skyway and the Supertree Observatory are separate tickets, and you can read about them on our Supertree Grove page.
Maintenance days 2026
Check these dates before you buy.
Each attraction has maintenance days when it is closed for the whole day. The next ones are 16 November for the Flower Dome and 17 November for the Cloud Forest. On maintenance days only one dome is closed at a time. When one of them is shut, the other stays open, and a ticket for the open dome is sold at the entrance.
One ticket product that is sold for the domes cannot be cancelled and pays no refund if an attraction is closed. Look at the maintenance dates before you buy a ticket from any seller, and choose a day when both domes are open. Our Gardens by the Bay page has the closure dates for the other attractions too.
Rules inside the domes
What you can and cannot bring.
No food or drink
Eating and drinking are not allowed in the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest. Have a drink before you go in, and finish snacks outside.
Protect the plants
Do not damage the plants. Open fire and smoking are not allowed anywhere in the gardens.
Photos are welcome
Private photos are fine, but tripods are not allowed in the gardens on weekends and public days off.
Bring a light layer
The air-conditioned glasshouses feel cool after the heat outside. A thin jacket or scarf is enough for most people.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a ticket for only one dome?
For non-residents the regular offer is the combined ticket for both. On a maintenance day, when only one dome is open, a ticket for that dome is sold.
How long should I plan for the two domes?
Allow about two hours in total, and more if you like to take photos or read every information sign.
Is the Cloud Forest worth it with children?
The Jurassic World programme gives children a theme to follow, and the air-conditioned space helps on a hot day.
Is the Skyway included in the dome ticket?
No, the Skyway is a separate ticket. Read the details on the Supertree Grove page.
Is this website run by Gardens by the Bay?
No. Marina-bay.org is an independent travel guide and is not run by Gardens by the Bay.
